Harry escapes the restricted library followed by a cat, but once
he finds the professor the cat disappears.
When Dumbledore looks at the mirror of Erised, the door should
be on his right but there is just a wall.
After the kids have seen Fluffy and return to their dorms,
Hermoine goes left, when earlier her dorm was on the right.
After the final confrontation, Harry has a scratched chin. When
Dumbledore visits the scratch is gone but then comes back in the
refectory even bigger.
The troll who wrecks the girls toilets seems to smash the same line
of cubicles twice.
When Harry first enters Diagin Alley, he is filmed walking past
what appear to be large lollipops twice, from different angles.
As the children sneak past the guard dog fluffy, he dribbles on
Ron's jumper. But the jumper is dry when they fall into the Devils
snare.
At the start of the term feast, Harry is sitting on the right of the
table with Ron. When the food appears, he is on the other side next
to Hermoine.
After Harry removes the invisibility cloak in front of the mirror,
it is nowhere to be seen even though it is supposed to be visible
when not worn.
When playing the chess game, it is not explained what would happen
if Hermoine would take another piece as they were all massive
stone carvings that need to be smashed for one to occupy the
square.
In the chess game, Hermoine takes her position as the queen side
castle on a black square. She should stand on a white square.
Inside the restricted library, Harry rests a lantern in front of
himself to read but the shadow is cast as though the light is behind
him.
At the end Hagrid gives Harry a photo of him and his parents, but
he looks about one, at the beginning of the movie he is a tiny baby..
When Harry is looking at his mother in the mirror, you can see a
reflection of a slide projector or camera. donated by rmhp10
when Harry is on the quidditch pitch and Oliver wood is first
teaching him the names of the quidditch balls, when he lets the
snitch go Harry watches it fly around but Oliver looks completely
the wrong way...he is looking off to the side while the snitch is

when Harry, Ron and hermione return from the forbidden forest and they
are
sitting round the common room talking about what they saw hermione says

When Harry is in the Forbidden Forest, and comes across Voldemort and a dead
unicorn, Voldemort drifts toward him. The camera view switches to behind
Voldemort. On the left side of the screen is the back of someone's head,
looking suspiciously like Draco Malfoy. Draco had earlier run away, very fast.

When Harry is standing on his broom trying to catch
the snitch, look at his pants. It is the same ones he was wearing at the end. I
don't think your suppose to wear uniforms as casual clothing. contributed

I found out that when Hermione is looking in the binoculars, the girl behind her
looks like she is giving her bunny ears! And she is! Watch it in slow-mo.

In the Hogwarts Express when Ron and
Harry are introducing each other the camera is on Ron then switches to Harry
then back to Ron and in the first shot of Ron his part(in his hair) is in the
middle but in the second it is on the side. From Laura

When Hermione is first shown on the Hogwarts Express, she is wearing blue
stockings under her knee high socks, but then when they get off the train she

In the very beginning when Harry is getting his first letter he picks up the
mail and there is 3 letters and then he looks at them in this order: postcard
from Marge then a bill then the letter to Harry when he puts one behind the
other he covers up the seal and when the camera goes to show that his name is on
the mysterious letter then back the other letters aren't covering up the seal of

Whenever Harry comes up with the idea that Hagrid was probably tricked
into telling Quirell about how to get past Fluffy, Harry is talking and the

On the first lesson about flying on brooms they show an over shot and you see
all of the same broom over and over again. But whenever Ron says up and his
broom hits him in the face his broom is black and is from then on. From Laura

Hermione is wearing a different skirt at the sorting than on the Hogwarts

In the chess scene when ron falls off the horse he hits the ground and then
a large piece of stone hits him really hard in the face by his
eye.
In the great hall in the beginning when nearly headless nick
comes hermione says "nearly headless how could u be nearly headless?", harry
rolls his eyes!!
When harry meets voldemort in the forest malfoy runs
away early then when the camera switches back to harry (a little while

In the book, Hermoine tells Hagrid he can't keep a fire breathing dragon
in
his cottage. It's made of wood. But in the movie, Hagrid's cottage
sure

The Keeper is a girl. In one of the books it says there where only boys on the

Seeker." Harry's father wasn't a Seeker, though-- he was a Keeper.

When I saw the movie in the theatre
before Harry goes to battle Voldermort. He has to choose the right potion in
order to go through the black fire. On video they cut out that part! from

In the movie, if you turn the volume up really high when the gryffindors
are walking up the stairs (the ones that change) to go to their dormitories for
the first time, and they are all looking at how the pictures move, you can just
hear that Ron says, "Oh look at that one!" and he points to a picture of a girl,
and Harry says, "I think she fancies you." Was he supposed to say that?? And
didnt they also forget to put in Snape's part of the end of the movie, when they
were going through all the obstacles to get to the stone, didnt snape have a
bunch of bottles of potion and Hermione had to guess which one would get them
through the fire?? I think they skipped that.........Also, how did Neville's
toad Trevor get inside the school in the first place?? in the book, Hagrid found
him in the boat, and i can understand that a little bit, but how would a toad
manage to get all the way into the school?? ^_^ Nat Luvz

When Oliver lets go of the snitch and looks the opposite way, keep watching,
he eventually finds the snitch. The reason he did that was because his eyes
weren't fast enough to catch the snitch right away.

that Malfoy ad already ran away screaming, he had ran around a big trees
